Back Office Executive

We are looking to hire an experienced Back Office Executive to join our team. As a Back Office Executive you will be assisting with various administrative duties like data management, project processing, market research, data analysis, finances, and administrative duties.

Back Office Executive Responsibilities

• Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.
• Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations.
• Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
• Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
• Assist administrative staff office in preparing, scheduling and organizing meetings, events and appointments.
• Performing market research.
• Gathering and processing research data.
• Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
• Assisting and supporting management.

Back Office Executive Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BCA, B.Com, M.Com, Diploma: Computers or similar field)
• Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
